How coaching works
The first step will be a chemistry session lasting for 60-75 minutes, where we will begin to explore where you are with your business, some of the obstacles that you are experiencing, what you want more of, what you want to get rid of and what kind of business you want and deserve.
We will use several coaching tools and forms to begin the process which will help you clarify why you want coaching, what your primary focuses are and where you want to be 3, 6, 12 months from now. Coaching occurs between 1-3 times per month with the 4th week off for reflection and space. Sessions last between 60-90 minutes and are designed to move you towards achieving your objectives.
