E Business Coaching provides consulting services to help organisations improve performance and efficiency. We analyse business and the environment within which it operates to create solutions to help companies meet their goals.
Our consultancy services help organisations solve issues, create value, maximise growth and improve business performance. We use our skills to provide objective advice and expertise and help an organisation to develop any specialist skills that it may be lacking.
The process can be broken down into three phases:
The discovery phase
We take the time to learn as much as possible about the business, from the owner and employees. This can include touring your building, meeting with the board of directors and employees, analysing the finances and reading all company materials.
The evaluation phase
Here we identify where change is needed. This includes identifying the company's strengths and weaknesses, as well as current and foreseeable problems. These can include problems already seen by ownership and management, and new problems seen thanks our own objectivity. We will also identify opportunities to grow business, increase profits, and boost efficiency.
We will often bring objectivity and a fresh viewpoint, whereas our client is very often personally close to the business. We seek feedback and opinions from our client and revise any plans where necessary.
The restructuring phase
Once we agree on a plan, e business coaching will enter the third phase of consulting, which is the restructuring phase, or the implementation of the plan. In this phase, we aim to build on assets and eliminate liabilities, as well as monitoring progress on the plan and adjusting as needed.
